Tanicor was originally created in 2003 as Stirling Davidson, Tanicor's lead inspector retired from a career with the Calgary Fire Department. After a decade of home inspecting, Stirling, set forth to the Kootenays to give a slower pace of life a try. Not being one to enjoy too much time with his feet up, Stirling, built a log cabin and large shop in the community of Crawford Bay. As with much in life, if you have an itch it must be scratched, so after a good number of years focusing on construction projects and Kootenay life, Stirling, came back to Calgary to be closer to friends and a family - which now includes two grand kids.
It is with excitement and a renewed zest for life in Alberta that Tanicor will re-stake its claim as the go to home inspector in Calgary and area.
